He oversees the management of research and development, engineering, product support, operations, and IT operations. Prior to joining HRN, Mr. McNutt pioneered TVG wager processing systems growing them from conception to $1.5B in wagering, and previously managed a variety of multi-million dollar projects for the U.S. Department of Defense, National Security Agency, FAA, NASA, and private industry. He has twenty years of experience developing secure financial transaction processing systems and other commercial applications across a wide-range of technologies.
